Over the past 5 years, we have collaborated with Bayne Dickinson Architect, APAC (BDA) on a wide range of projects across Southeastern Louisiana. The outcome of this time spent together has resulted in the merging of our two firms at the end of 2017. Coincidentally, this event coincides with the 15 year anniversary of Bayne Dickinson Architect, APAC.
Now combined, our firm is guided by more than 50 years of experience in the architectural profession. We will continue to expand our range of services including full architectural services, design consulting, technology consulting, façade consulting, and feasibility analysis, and LEED compliance. Our diverse portfolio of work includes education, cultural, healthcare, office, residential, and retail projects for a variety of private, corporate, and institutional clients.
Bayne Dickinson has joined our leadership as a Principal and Technical Director. Bayne brings a high level of technical expertise to our firm’s projects, from conception through to completion. Bayne’s work has been recognized with numerous awards from the AIA Louisiana, AIA Baton Rouge, and the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition. Bayne’s greatest interest and enthusiasm centers around the process of bringing high-quality design solutions into reality, where the integrity of the design is molded into the physical world through drawings, modeling, and the construction process. His ability to maintain high levels of design through creative technical resolution makes him an invaluable asset to One to One Design.
We will continue operating out of two offices in New Orleans and Baton Rouge.

15 YEAR HISTORY
The relationship between One to One and Bayne Dickinson dates back to 2004, when One to One principal Charles Jones began working for Ford|Dickinson while studying architecture at Louisiana State University. From 2004-2007, he worked closely with Ford|Dickinson on a number of notable projects, including Lamar Advertising Company, Raising Cane’s Headquarters, and Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge. Charles left Ford|Dickinson in 2007 to practice architecture in Los Angeles with internationally acclaimed architect Frank Gehry. Upon returning to Louisiana in 2011, he established One to One Design with David Merlin, and the two began collaborating with Bayne Dickinson on a number of projects. Since then, One to One and BDA have enjoyed a productive relationship collaborating on a large body of work together.
